When life presents change and transformation, we outgrow a previous
consciousness that we have held and move forward into a new realization
in life. This process always involves wanting to hold on to the
old, the familiar in our lives, but change comes anyway, as it
is part of the nature of life. As the old begins to fade and we
are awakened to the new, we emerge forward and bring with us only
the memories of what is left behind. The memory defines who we
have been, who we are, and leads us to where we are going.
